2. Logg in
Once logged in, you will reach My Account. Enter information about your contact details and company profile.

3. Create requirement profile
The tool is built up of goal-oriented requirements in seven levels. In order to reach any level, all the underlying levels must be fulfilled (unless otherwise stated). Do not forget to sign your profile. Once you have signed, there is a search and a matching against other transport sellers or buyers.

As a transport buyer, you can communicate your future requirement levels. In order to do this, you must first have gone through all the requirements and signed your profile. After that, you can go back and specify the future levels. You can at any time go in and change your profile. 

Using the Search function, you can search out all buyers and sellers by selecting “Search” without anything in the search field. You can also search by name or search term. Selecting “Who can I book” (transport buyers) or “Who could become my customers” (transport sellers) on the profile page triggers a matching against your own requirements profile.

 
5. Auditing
The tool has documentation for buyers to audit sellers and to pass the results on to other buyers. Go in to the profile page for the company to be audited, and select “share audit results”. That will yield information about the requirement level specified by the seller. Mark it with a cross if approved, or leave a comment if not. Buyers can see what audits have been made on them under the company profile.

7. Monitoring
Monitoring means that a transport buyer or seller can monitor changes in selected company profiles.
